Tasks

Performing repair work on deviations and non-conformities in the final painting process
Preparing aircraft components: cleaning, taping, masking and sanding
Mixing paint manually or using a paint system, including all required documentation
Preparation tasks: providing tools and materials, reviewing technical documentation, cleaning and activating surfaces
Coating of surfaces with paints, adhesives, protective waxes or sealants

Correcting work errors and addressing customer complaints

Qualification

Completed vocational training as painter / surface coater, industrial painter or equivalent
Extensive professional experience as a painter in the aviation industry or industrial manufacturing
Experience in final finishing and rework
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace applications
Fluent German skills (min. C1) and basic English skills (min. A2)
Willingness to work in shifts

A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
