Tasks

  • Chemical cleaning and pickling of aerospace components in accordance with production orders and defined procedures
  • Coating of small parts in compliance with technical specifications
  • Monitoring and control of drying processes to ensure material quality
  • Cleanliness checks using physical and optical analysis methods
  • Preparation of cleanliness certificates in accordance with industry-specific standards
  • Operation and maintenance of cleaning systems to ensure a smooth production process
  • Working under cleanroom conditions in accordance with the highest quality standards
  • Transport of sensitive components using cranes and industrial trucks

Qualification

  • Successfully completed vocational training or comparable qualification, e.g. as a chemical-technical assistant or chemical laboratory technician
  • Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry and as a technical clerk
  • Experience in pickling, cleaning and surface treatment
  • Knowledge of testing and verifying the purity of components and media
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent in German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2)
  • Safe handling of cranes and industrial trucks
  • Unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory
