Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/x)

Tasks

  • Pre-selection and evaluation of applications based on defined selection criteria and test results
  • Organization and implementation of selection days at various Airbus locations (Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Buxtehude, Stade, Bremen)
  • Applicant communication and appointment coordination throughout the selection process
  • Coordination of the selection committee and follow-up of selection decisions
  • Development and implementation of concepts to optimize the selection process
  • Participation in HR projects in the area of recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Representing the company at career fairs, school visits and external events
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as the works council, inclusion officers and HR departments

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in psychology, social sciences or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources, especially in recruiting
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Workday is an advantage
  • Driving license class B and own car mandatory
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1) and proficient in English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to commute frequently (6 to 8 times a month, focus on Hamburg); mobile working 1-2 times a week possible
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills as well as organizational talent
