Tasks

• Recruit qualified employees according to Airbus processes, policies, ethics and compliance rules
• Working closely with HR managers to precisely define profiles and identify company needs
• Develop customised sourcing strategies and select appropriate channels (e.g. social media) to attract the best talent
• Building and maintaining a strategic talent pipeline for future personnel requirements
• Creating appealing, legally compliant and diversity-friendly job adverts
• Evaluating applicant potential using state-of-the-art tools (e.g. video interviews, tests, virtual reality assessment)
• Participation in the final selection of candidates and active contribution to the decision-making process
• Participation in personnel marketing events and maintaining the integrity and reputation of the company in its external image

Qualification

• Successful degree in business administration, social sciences/humanities, psychology or comparable training with several years of professional experience
• Sound experience in talent acquisition and recruitment required
• Strong knowledge of the labour market and experience in using social media for recruitment
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
• English CV required
