Tasks

  • Appointment and mail management including prioritization and information preparation for decisions
  • Completion of administrative tasks such as telephone management, meeting organization and HR requirements
  • Preparation of reports, statistics and presentations for projects, budget planning and business meetings
  • Answering and coordinating internal and external inquiries to ensure a smooth flow of information
  • Organizing and planning meetings and events (e.g. weblives)
  • Contact point for IT and building management as well as administration of logistical tasks (office supplies, travel management)
  • Management of MoM (follow-up, measures) and coordination with other assistants and specialist departments
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives to reduce printers, plastic and waste

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office communications clerk or comparable commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in commercial processing, IT / information systems, project management, secretarial work, assistance
  • Detailed user knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Power Point and SAP
  • Business fluent German and advanced knowledge of English
  • A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
