Tasks

  • Derivation and continuous updating of weapon system-specific performance trackers
  • Maintenance and updating of process flow schedules for maintenance programs (e.g. AWACS)
  • Analysis and preparation of data to develop rolling capacity planning
  • Cross-functional coordination of performance reports as well as technical assessment of delays in material provision and clarification processes
  • Definition and implementation of strategic scenarios in line with business objectives
  • Ensuring transparency regarding performance and schedule adherence
  • Creation of customer-focused reports and evaluations

Qualification

  • Completed Master's or Diploma degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • Professional experience in production planning within MRO or manufacturing environments
  • In-depth understanding of the interdependencies between build processes, production planning and performance measurement
  • Advanced specialist knowledge of MS Office and solid experience with SAP OPAL
  • Fluent in English (at least C1) and very good German skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
