Tasks

  • Analyzing and classifying technical incidents and malfunctions in the customer fleet and participating in the Major Incident Technical Board (MITB)
  • Coordination of complex technical solutions in collaboration with development, suppliers, quality assurance and the Program Support Office
  • Contributing to new products and services, taking customer requirements into account
  • Working closely with suppliers to improve product reliability
  • Validate technical aspects of Service Bulletins (SB) to ensure highest standards
  • Providing technical support to ensure the airworthiness of the customer fleet
  • Recording and analyzing technical events and providing relevant data to the development office
  • Increase fleet availability through rapid problem resolution

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering or aerospace
  • ALTERNATIVE: Completed technical vocational training with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry and in the operational operation of aircraft
  • Avionics expertise is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent in German and English (at least B2 level)
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
  • Travel and on-call duty
