Tasks

  • Formal review of technical documents as part of document management
  • Maintenance and management of documents in the configuration management system (SAP/PLM)
  • Obtaining approvals and signatures in the project context
  • Participation in reviews and approval processes
  • Tracking and archiving multi-part document deliveries
  • Support in the creation and management of data carriers and software versions
  • Processing change orders and creating associated data
  • Close cooperation with the project configuration manager

Qualification

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., as an office management assistant, industrial clerk, or similar)
  • Good knowledge of SAP/PLM (basic knowledge) and good MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel
  • Good German and English skills (at least B2 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Very structured, reliable, and organized way of working
  • Strong quality awareness and ability to work in a team
