Technical Process Management Clerk Aviation (m/f/x)

Then we are looking for you as a Technical Process Management Clerk Aviation for our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Nordenham. In this position, you will analyze, assess and improve manufacturing processes across all programs – with a measurable impact on efficiency, quality and ergonomics. The gross annual salary, depending on qualifications, ranges between €64,000 and a maximum of €67,500. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa)

Tasks

Conducting data analyses, target-actual comparisons, process observations and maintenance of calculation data
Designing and optimizing workstation and process flows with a focus on ergonomics and cost-efficiency
Creating time management foundations such as process modules and planned data
Calculating production plans based on MTM-UAS (Methods-Time Measurement – Universal Analyzing System), taking into account production specifications and remuneration systems
Proper and practical preparation of calculation documents for performance-based pay
Coordinating and implementing all relevant data with internal clients and the works council
Monitoring and analyzing process steps to support continuous improvement in manufacturing

Qualification

Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or aircraft manufacturer, with further qualification as a technician or business administrator, or a completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, structural mechanics (metal) and as a technical clerk
Knowledge of Lean Management and process improvement, REFA knowledge is an advantage
Confident use of MS Excel, SAP R/3, TiCon and Google Workspace
Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and proficient English skills (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
