Tasks

• Leading technical projects to ensure that all project objectives are met in terms of time, budget and quality
• Developing manufacturing concepts and introducing new manufacturing technologies to optimise production processes
• Evaluating investment projects taking into account economic criteria, labour safety, delivery capability and other relevant factors
• Preparation of requirement specifications and specifications to ensure that all requirements are accurately documented and implemented
• Evaluating technical offers and presenting the opportunities and risks identified in the context of negotiations and the selection of suppliers
• Preparing investment proposals and making the case to management to justify and promote the required investment
• Supporting suppliers during construction, assembly and commissioning to ensure smooth project realisation
• Acceptance of machinesand systems and release for production to ensure quality and functionality

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical or industrial engineering
• Several years of professional experience in project management and project management
• Experience in plant and systems engineering as well as in coordinating external companies
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, SAP, Catia V5 and Google Drive
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU required (no student visa)
