Tasks

  • Management and renewal of international customer subscriptions
  • Invoicing including the creation and maintenance of customer accounts in SAP
  • Processing of inquiries and complaints, including the derivation of appropriate measures
  • Regular customer communication on usage trends and service developments
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term business relationships
  • Cross-departmental collaboration with logistics, support and IT
  • Administration and maintenance of customer access in the TIPI back office
  • Data maintenance and cleansing to ensure smooth processes

Qualification

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in International Management or alternatively:
  • Completed 3-year vocational training in a technical or commercial field combined with extensive professional experience
  • Extensive professional experience in customer service as well as in public relations / communication management
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and MS Office required; experience with Google Workspace is a plus
  • Proficient German skills (min. B2) and business fluent English skills (min. C1)
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visas) is mandatory
