Tasks

• Development and implementation of efficient manufacturing concepts
• Identification of manufacturing problems (e.g. non-conformities) and initiation of suitable measures
• Preparation of anomaly reports (AM) and documentation on non-conformities (NC)
• Processing DQNs on process and system problems and deviations
• Identifying and implementing measures to reduce production costs
• Coordination of optimisation measures with regard to costs, deadlines and quality
• Managing remaining work and commissioning standardised production resources
• Supporting the design department and providing technical advice within projects

Qualification

• Completed studies in aircraft construction or mechanical engineering
• Alternatively, training as an aircraft mechanic or mechanic with a technician or business administrator qualification
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering as well as production planning and control
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings is an advantage
• In-depth user knowledge of SAP and expertise with Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
• Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU
• Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system
