Tasks

• Developing and optimizing manufacturing concepts for components and assemblies
• Planning and supporting new and series production processes
• Identifying and resolving manufacturing issues
• Managing work orders for outstanding work packages
• Coordinating process improvements (cost, quality, timing)
• Commissioning and supervising standardized tooling
• Providing technical advice to project and design teams
• Implementing cost optimization measures

Qualification

• Completed training as an aircraft mechanic, automotive mechanic or plant mechanic with further training as a technician / business administrator
• ALTERNATIVE: completed studies in the field of aircraft construction or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production and manufacturing engineering
• Sound knowledge of SAP; experience with Google Workspace an advantage
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. C1)
• Willingness to work shifts (early/late shift alternating) and voluntary weekend work
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
• Strong analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
