Technician / Engineer – Technical Support at Airbus (m/f/x)

Tasks

  • Analysis and evaluation of component damage, derivation and documentation of technical repair solutions (RDAS)
  • Preparation of technical agreements (TA) to ensure the operational readiness of customer fleets
  • Processing of technical incidents and malfunctions, including ISIR creation and classification
  • Preparation of technical reports on component investigations at customers and suppliers (RETEX)
  • Interface function between engineering, maintenance, and customer service

 

Qualification

  • Completed degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
  • Alternatively: Technician training in aviation technology with several years of professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, aviation mechanics, maintenance, aerospace, and customer service
  • Good knowledge of aviation-specific regulations and laws
  • Confident use of Google Tools
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to be on call
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
