At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will play a central role in the interface between engineering and production as a Technician Engineering & Production Aviation. With an analytical eye, technical understanding, and a structured working style, you will ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly – right on the construction site. Tasks

Resolving technical problems in ongoing production, especially in the case of non-conformities
Creating and approving work orders for processing technical deviations
Communication and coordination with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
Searching IT systems for drawings, references, components, tools, and documentation
Documenting and commissioning remaining work on construction sites or aircraft sections
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase production output
Ensuring that targets are met in your own area through a structured approach to work and technical expertise

Qualification

Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or mechatronics engineer with further training as a technician or specialist
Alternatively: Completed technical or engineering degree
Several years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, manufacturing/production, production planning/control, scheduling and line side support
In-depth knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
Willingness to work 2 shifts
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
