Tasks

Management of sub-projects for process optimization of training at the Bremen site
Support in the introduction of new IT job profiles and degree programs
Collaboration in training marketing and trade fair appearances
General administrative support for training management, e.g., with certificates or presentations
Participation in the implementation of new concepts and processes in the HR environment
Support for AOS Bricks (Airbus Operating System) as part of change management

Qualification

Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or economics or comparable qualification (at least technician/business administrator)
Several years of professional experience in project management
In-depth knowledge of change management and lean management
Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office and GSuite
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
