Tasks

Responsibility for the overall UX strategy – in close coordination with product management and engineering
Design of user journeys, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of user research activities (e.g., usability tests) for iterative further development
Close collaboration with development teams to implement designs in accordance with specifications
Ensuring UX/UI consistency within the product family and actively advocating for user-centered design processes

Qualification

Completed degree in design, computer science, or a comparable qualification
Many years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in UX/UI design for complex B2B web applications
In-depth experience with design systems – knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 is an advantage
In-depth practical experience in design thinking and user-centered methodology
Proven experience in user research – planning, implementation, and presentation of results
Proficiency in prototyping tools, especially Figma
Experience working with interdisciplinary, agile teams
Very good English skills (at least B2)
