Tasks

  • Independent preparation and delivery of theoretical training in the IHK vocational programs for aircraft electronics and mechanics
  • Creation of training materials, visual aids and practice objects, using modern presentation and planning tools
  • Maintenance of training records and documentation of all instructional activities
  • Teaching of labour law, education and safety regulations relevant to the profession
  • Guiding and motivating participants towards responsible action and professional growth
  • Facilitating group discussions, leading conversations and reflecting on group processes
  • Analysing group dynamics and implementing appropriate corrective measures
  • Promoting practical, hands-on training using current aerospace technologies

 

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician / electronics technician for aeronautical systems, aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic with further training as a technician / master craftsman or comparable technical training
  • Many years of professional experience in mechanics, electrics, production or quality assurance
  • Professional experience in the maintenance of civil and/or military aircraft required
  • Pedagogical experience in knowledge transfer, teaching and presentation
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and digital learning concepts
  • Very good knowledge of German (min. C1)
  • Proof of instructor training (AdA)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
