Tasks

Receiving materials, storing them, and issuing goods to production
Processing and documentation of quality reports (non-conformities) in the system
Shipping coordination and transport execution
Returns management and scrapping of materials
Dangerous goods orders and processing in accordance with regulations
Archiving of all relevant delivery documents
Regular inventories to ensure stock levels

Active participation in process improvements in warehouse logistics

Qualification

Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist, industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk or freight forwarding clerk
Many years of professional experience in logistics, ideally with a focus on aviation
Experience in the areas of scheduling, material procurement, warehouse logistics, supply chain and process optimisation
In-depth knowledge of SAP, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2), French skills an advantage
Class B driving licence
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
