Tasks

• Technical management of the work package team to optimise target achievement
• Coordination between work preparation, engineering, quality assurance and production control for smooth processes
• Main contact person and focal point for customer enquiries and concerns
• Preparation of work progress reports, implementation of operational controlling and organisation of meetings
• Processing of work orders and engineering work orders, including confirmation and feedback of work performed and hours worked
• Preparing, analysing and creating non-conformities (NCs) following visual inspections of aircraft structural components and internals
• Preparation of verification documents and performance of safety assessments to ensure quality standards
  

Qualification

• Successfully completed technical vocational training in the aviation sector
• Further training as a technician or master craftsman and many years of professional experience in aircraft construction an advantage
• Professional experience in similar areas of responsibility or in accordance with the job description
• Knowledge of quality assurance, shop floor, production, engineering, quality processes and documentation of NCN (NC/eFA/Concession) is desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Valid work permit for the EU
