For our client HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH at the Oberkochen site, we are currently looking for a Work Scheduler Production Processes in Aerospace Manufacturing on a part-time basis (16 hours/week). In this highly specialized environment, you will take responsibility for the planning and optimization of complex manufacturing processes for optoelectronic systems. The gross annual salary is up to €19,700, depending on your qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who hold a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa)

Tasks

Planning and participation in the development and implementation of production sequences and workflows
Creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, work plans and bills of materials in SAP
Supporting the introduction of new products and processes into production – in close coordination with engineering, design, quality and project management
Selection and planning of suitable production equipment
Performing target-actual comparisons, calculating production costs and assessing in-house vs. outsourced manufacturing
Contributing to the implementation of new technologies and processes with a focus on design for manufacturability / serviceability
Supporting technical problem-solving in production and driving continuous process improvement

Qualification

Completed vocational training as an electrician, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or comparable qualification, plus further training as a technician or business administrator
Solid professional experience in the assembly, commissioning and metrology of optoelectronic systems
Experience in production planning and work preparation, including REFA or MTM qualification
Good knowledge of lean production methods and Six Sigma
Advanced skills in MS Office, SAP and AutoCAD
Business fluent German language skills (minimum C1) and advanced English skills (minimum B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
