We often find that vacancies on our clients' careers pages are advertised for months without success. Even if these positions are not a top priority, it makes sense to bring a headhunter agency on board to take over the search by means of job optimization and direct contact with the target group. Requirements:
We are looking for a (junior) full-stack developer in Dresden who is or would like to work primarily with technologies such as react, angular, Node.js, GraphQL and TypeScript. As this is a relatively small team, we were looking for someone who knows and loves the start-up character and working in small structures with flat hierarchies. The technical expertise was not the decisive factor, but rather esveo was looking for a technically very enthusiastic employee with a good understanding of IT who would fit in with the employer image.
Solution:
We optimized the client's job advertisement with regard to search engine-relevant aspects and advertised it on selected channels using multiposting to target specific groups. For IT jobs, it is now essential to approach candidates directly using active sourcing. To do this, we used candidate networks suitable for the target group. We had a very close and cooperative exchange with esveo. After an intensive discussion about the profile and a telephone pre-interview with the applicants, we went into the interviews with esveo.
Result:
Thanks to the partnership-based and very transparent cooperation, the team constellations and esveo's employer image quickly became clear to us. This knowledge enabled us to find the perfect employee for the company after just a short time.
