With Autobahn GmbH des Bundes as your employer, you will be in the fast lane and actively involved in the redesign of Germany's 13,000 kilometres of motorways. By 2024, Germany's leading infrastructure operator plans to employ 15,000 people in 10 headquarters, 41 branch offices, 42 traffic control centres and 189 motorway maintenance depots.
The 2,400 motorway jobs to be created by 2024 will include all kinds of interesting positions, such as civil engineers, road builders and master road builders, construction technicians, (junior) site managers and electricians, as well as administrative staff in the offices, such as controllers, clerks or IT specialists.
In these areas, we at ARTS manage the recruitment process for up to 750 positions with a wide range of specialisms and responsibilities. Our recruitment team works as an integral part of Autobahn GmbH's applicant system and manages a wide range of vacancies and applicants, from road maintenance workers to construction management positions in civil engineering or TGA.
