ARTS employs multitudes of graduates that are working in commercial and technical fields. Ideally, you have been able to gather professional experience through work placement, but the motivation and willpower to decisively shape the technology of tomorrow, today, is more important to us than experience. Students and trainees working at ARTS

In order to promote young talent at ARTS at an early stage, we offer internships and working student positions at all our locations. This early commitment and training makes it possible for us to offer our interns a permanent employment contract after their studies.

In addition to internships, ARTS also offers apprenticeships every year. We are currently training apprentices to become personnel services clerks at our German locations. Our trainee reports in a blog article about training at ARTS.
