Job opportunities
Jobs in project management are often based on training or degrees in economics or business administration, but there is no regulated training. You can often start as a junior project manager, where you are trained to manage sub-projects under the supervision of experienced project managers. In their day-to-day work, project managers benefit not only from relevant professional experience but also from a high level of communication and organisational skills as well as assertiveness in order to keep the project on track as desired and to ensure that all those involved work together harmoniously.
Projects
ARTS project managers take on responsibility in a wide range of projects for us and our clients, for example in the aerospace industry, the IT service provider sector or the holiday industry. Here they are an indispensable part of many project teams and are responsible for pursuing project goals in accordance with internal and external regulations.
ARTS project managers are often already involved in the definition and implementation of project teams and also take over their management during the course of the project. A central focus here is on the implementation of active risk, opportunity, supplier and contract management. In day-to-day business, ARTS project managers take on a wide range of administrative tasks in close coordination with the company management and the other project participants. They are also responsible for planning and carrying out project-related analyses.
In addition to actively controlling projects, project management staff ensure that the knowledge gained is reliably documented and effectively and beneficially integrated into the company for the future.
