Project assistants at ARTS are centrally involved in the conception, presentation and scheduled execution of important projects. For example, they take on the preparation of reports, correspondence, tabular overviews and presentations throughout the course of the project. Furthermore, they process correspondence for their organizational unit or direct superiors. Of central importance are the monitoring of the budget for the area of responsibility, the control of incoming invoices and the development and evaluation of project-related databases. As project representatives, project assistants organize strategic workshops, events, and other project appointments, participate in internal and external events, organize business trips, and attend to visitors.
