Assistant Administration & Management Part-time at our client ArianeGroup GmbH in Bremen.  Put your secretarial experience to good use and show that multitasking and precision are your world.


This position is part-time for 15 hours and the gross annual salary is approximately €17,000.

Tasks

  • First point of contact for inquiries from internal and external departments
  • Managing appointments for line managers
  • Recording key figures and preparing them in reports, graphics and presentations
  • Organization of external appointments and customer visits as well as invitation letters, room bookings, reservations, hospitality and billing
  • Taking care of travel planning and booking as well as expense claims
  • Organization of occupational safety, health care, IT and work equipment,
  • Carrying out documentation and archiving
  • Taking on administrative tasks such as booking hours

Qualification

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office communications clerk or commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of assistance and secretarial work
  • Confident handling of MS Office, MS Outlook and initial experience in SAP are desirable
  • Business fluent German and advanced knowledge of English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
