How does Recruiting as a Service work at ARTS?

With our Recruiting as a Service, we offer you short-term recruitment support. Our recruitment consultants support you on an hourly basis or per job, depending on your needs. RPO allows you to focus on your core business. We recruit the best people for you.

  • Step 1: Book a Recruitment as a Service package, on an hourly basis or per vacancy, or request an individual offer. 
  • Step 2: We conduct an initial interview to assess your actual recruiting needs, and together we define the processes that will be carried out by us in the future. Our packages are either available per job position or include 10, 20 or 30 hours of recruitment support bookable by the week.
  • Step 3: Your permanent contact at ARTS receives a briefing on your processes and working methods.
  • Step 4: The tasks are taken over and successfully implemented by your ARTS contact person.

What is Recruiting BPO (Business Process Outsocuring) | Recruiting as a service?

Recruiting as a service contract or in a package, as offered by ARTS, means that we take over the recruiting process for you for a certain number of positions or workload. If desired, our consultants can also work in the client's applicant management system. For example, if a company has the challenge of hiring a lot of staff within a certain period of time, it is a good idea to temporarily reinforce the recruiting department with our recruiting team. We then define together with the client who will take over which sub-areas and in what form.

How does recruiting as a service differ from classic recruiting services, such as recruitment agencies?

Ultimately, recruiting as a service is another form of service delivery. As a client, you pay for the process and the activities behind it. In the Recruiting Package Premium, a success commission comes into play, but this is significantly lower than services in the area of recruitment agencies.
