Business Method Engineer (m/f/x)

Our client Airbus Operations GmbH is looking for an experienced Business Method Engineer at the Hamburg Finkenwerder site. The position requires independent, structured work to plan and coordinate workflows efficiently and on time. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, a confident demeanour and a quick grasp of the situation who can work in a dynamic environment with contacts at all levels. Tasks

  • Responsibility for the implementation of the Outstanding Work Management methodology at all Airbus sites worldwide to ensure a standardised and efficient process design
  • Active support of the corporate strategy to minimise faulty processes and increase production quality through continuous process optimisation
  • Interface for digital tools such as SIMBAL, EPIQA (AVL2), Tandem, ACPnG, eIntervention Card, Assistant Request and MyFOX to ensure their optimal utilisation and to improve operational efficiency

Qualification

  • Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical degree
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering and process planning as well as initial expertise with IT / information systems
  • Basic knowledge of project and risk management and basic knowledge of change and lean management
  • Sound user knowledge of SAP and experience in using Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English, Spanish and French are an advantage
  • Existing work permit for the EU
