Tasks

• Milling components
• Start milling program, visual inspection of milling process
• Prepare work equipment (orders, parts lists, tools and sub-programs), define machine zero point and check, visual inspection of the system
• Cleaning the machine
• Remove, clamp, adjust and check for wear (tool change)
• Lubrication, oil level, cleaning (maintenance and repairs)
• Maintenance of the milling machine
• Supplementary activities

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, lathe operator, milling cutter, cutting machine operator or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, industrial mechanics, maintenance & repair
• Good communication skills, teamwork
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational talent
• willingness to work 3 shifts
• Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
