Tasks

• Support in the coordination and monitoring of cooperation with customs agents and German customs authorities
• Assist in the management and adaptation of applicable customs regulations at national and international level and the translation of relevant implications for the customs broker
• Assisting in the preparation and review of monthly customs statements to ensure compliance with all regulations
• Carry out in-depth analysis of queries from the main customs offices and assist in providing accurate and timely responses at month-end closing

• Assist in the preparation and review of Intrastat declarations to ensure compliance with European reporting obligations

Qualification

• Degree in business administration, international management or logistics
• Several years of professional experience in logistics, quality management and supply chain
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in customs clearance and international trade
• Excellent application expertise in SAP and confident use of Google Workspace tools
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU
