Tasks

• Efficient planning and timely provision of materials and documentation for production to ensure a smooth production process
• Responsibility for the timely management of production orders and the close coordination of delivery dates with internal and external customers and suppliers
• Proactive analysis of production processes and close communication with scheduling, purchasing, extended workbench and development to ensure efficient production planning
• Creation and optimisation of production planning, taking into account production capacities, order situation, stock levels and procurement situation as well as existing deadlines
• Continuous tracking of production progress, identification of deviations and proactive root cause analysis to ensure on-time delivery
• Development of customised reports and detailed evaluations to analyse production performance and support decision-making processes

Qualification

• Completed training as a mechanic (at least technician/specialist) or technician in the field of industrial metal, mechanical engineering or a comparable specialisation
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling and material procurement, manufacturing and production as well as production planning and control
• Sound knowledge of additive manufacturing of individual metal parts
• Sound user knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of SAP
• Business fluent German and good English skills
• Work permit for the EU available
