Tasks

  • Production control taking into account project specifications for delivery data

  • Creation and maintenance of visual weekly production and occupancy plans

  • Scheduling and management of production orders in SAP ERP according to project specifications

  • Ensuring the completion of production orders and regular process tracking

  • Material requirements planning and scheduling of materials, consumables and supplies in the ERP system

  • Ensuring the availability of materials and identifying missing parts

  • Optimising the production process in the event of deviations or material shortages

  • Creation and scheduling of rework orders in the event of construction deviations

  • Support in the creation of production key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor planned and executed activities

Qualification

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, business informatics, production planning or similar qualification

  • Alternatively: Successfully completed technical vocational training with extensive professional experience

  • Several years of experience in scheduling, material procurement, manufacturing and production

  • Knowledge of production planning

  • Experience and skills in programming scripts (VBA, Python or similar) are an advantage

  • Good expertise in using planning applications such as Primavera, MS Project or similar tools

  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
