Tasks

• Creation and optimisation of work plans and parts lists with focus on cost and quality management
• Development of a cost-optimised production equipment concept to increase efficiency in production
• Definition of an optimised material flow to promote smooth processes within the production line
• Coordination and collaboration in the coordination of production concepts, including FMEAs and value stream analyses, to improve process reliability
• Initiating and implementing measures to continuously improve production technology with focus on cost reduction, quality assurance and ergonomics

Qualification

• Completed technical studies, ideally with a focus on production technology, or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, technical training with a qualification at master craftsman level or higher
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation and specific experience as a work planner
• Sound knowledge of REFA
• Detailed user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent German and advanced English skills
• Existing work permit for the EU
