Tasks

• Efficient coordination and prioritisation of spare parts requests and time-critical speed line orders to ensure smooth processes
• Ensuring material availability through regular stock checks and early detection and escalation of potential bottlenecks
• Monitoring and documentation of production status to optimise production processes and meet deadlines
• Reliable communication and updating of delivery dates, taking into account the current production and supply chain situation
• Development and implementation of effective strategies to reduce production interruptions and increase adherence to deadlines
• Promote cross-functional collaboration through clear and timely communication of relevant information

Qualification

• Completed technical training or comparable professional training with many years of professional experience in production planning or control
• Several years of professional experience in production planning and control with sound know-how in production control and process optimisation
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, especially in the detailed functions of MS Excel, as well as practical experience with SAP (module knowledge, detailed functions)
• Business fluent German and advanced English skills for effective communication in an international environment
• Existing work permit for the European Union
