Tasks

  • Conception, coordination and implementation of cross-divisional optimisation and digitalisation measures, with a focus on processes, structures and regulations for the further development of the organisational and operational structure in accordance with strategic programmes
  • Taking on a central coordination and interface function, including ensuring a smooth flow of information between specialist teams and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing transformation and digitalisation solutions, in particular to promote agile forms of organisation and work
  • Design and further development of tools and methods to improve transparency and controllability
  • Planning and introducing improvement processes and quality assurance concepts
  • Building up expertise and promoting knowledge transfer within the team and the organisation
  • Processing special tasks as well as managing and participating in cross-departmental projects

Qualification

  • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree; alternatively, verifiable equivalent qualifications in individual cases
  • Professional experience in project management, process management or organisational development desirable
  • Sound knowledge of business management principles and entrepreneurial contexts
  • Understanding of internal processes and structures
  • Good command of English
  • Valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
