Tasks

  • Management of infrastructure customisation and resource integration projects
  • Carrying out value stream analyses and developing production layouts
  • Identifying and analysing innovative production methods to improve product and process quality
  • Carrying out process analyses and identifying and implementing process optimisations
  • Developing maintenance, servicing and training concepts to ensure and increase the availability of critical production equipment
  • Consultancy for production areas at LHT locations in Germany and abroad
  • Continuous further development and ensuring the implementation of work and process changes
  • Definition, introduction, monitoring and optimisation of performance targets, key figures and quality standards

Qualification

  • Completed studies in the field of (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Very good knowledge of process, project and lean management
  • Expertise in infrastructure and operating resources desirable
  • Very good IT user knowledge, especially in MS Office, JIRA, SAP and Wiki
  • Business fluent in English
  • Willingness to work at home and abroad
  • Existing work permit for the EU
