Tasks

• Supporting the program management in scheduling
• Preparation of management documents and presentations
• Preparation of workshops and creation of documentation and meeting minutes
• Development and implementation of communication and change measures as well as organizational and technical support for existing change management measures
• Structuring and appropriate archiving of all documents

• Visualization and, if necessary, coordination of schedules and milestone planning

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or industrial engineering is desirable
• Several years of professional experience in project management and successful participation in classic project management training courses
• Experience in change management or great interest in the topic of communicative support of change processes and their independent design is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Very good knowledge of English
