Tasks

• Leading projects for the development and introduction of new products and (partially) automated production processes
• Coordination with internal and external partners for efficient resource and time planning for repair processes
• Carrying out feasibility studies, efficiency and utility value analyses for process optimisation
• Evaluating the technical and economic aspects of repair implementation projects
• Managing the procurement process for devices and materials
• Collaborating with product and production managers to successfully implement new repairs
• Ensuring compliance with technical, operational and procedural standards
• Coordinating the creation of shop routers, job cards and first article inspections according to OEM specifications

Qualification

• Completed studies in production, process or automation technology, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the management and implementation of complex projects in manufacturing or engine technology
• Very good expertise in the design of lean production processes as well as materials and processes in engine technology and sound knowledge of LEAN principles in production, ideally with corresponding practical experience
• Good business know-how and understanding of economic interrelationships in production environments
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP R/3, as well as very good CAD/CAM user knowledge is an advantage
• Business fluent in English
• Willingness for continuous professional training and development
• Work permit for the EU available
