Tasks

  • Commercial management of defined product groups as well as implementation and monitoring of purchasing processes on the basis of specified concepts and guidelines
  • Procurement of purchased parts and external services
  • Ensuring the punctual delivery of goods and services and adjusting master data and informing relevant stakeholders in the event of deviations
  • Carrying out analyses (e.g. stock levels, supplier performance) and implementing developed concepts, including monitoring and optimising measures according to specifications
  • Close coordination with internal and external partners, such as production, suppliers and purchasing, for the successful handling of purchasing-relevant processes
  • Supporting projects and optimisation measures, including making your own suggestions for improving purchasing-related processes
  • Creating and tracking orders, documentation and statistics as well as preparing and managing office filing systems and files
  • Drafting and finalising purchase orders, internal communications and tabular overviews in accordance with specifications and templates

Qualification

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk, office communications clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, many years of professional experience or further training in the field of purchasing, e.g. as a business administrator or business administrator specialising in purchasing
  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing and project management, ideally in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced user knowledge of MS Office (including detailed special functions) and sound experience with SAP
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • A valid work permit for the EU
