Safety Specialist (m/f/x)

For our client, Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen, we are looking for a committed Safety Specialist with a confident and competent demeanour. This responsible position requires a high degree of responsibility as well as an independent way of working. Excellent communication skills are essential to work effectively with staff at all levels. Your strengths should also include the ability to react quickly and flexibly to urgent tasks. The gross annual salary is between € 60,000 and € 70,000. The position is limited to a maximum of 15 months.

Tasks

  • Implementation of all tasks in accordance with §6 of the Occupational Safety Act and DGUV Regulation 2 at the Airbus site in Bremen
  • Carrying out occupational safety audits to ensure the highest safety standards
  • Preparation of risk assessments and accident investigations to minimise risks
  • Drafting operating instructions in accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Hazardous Substances
  • Detailed preparation of accident statistics to analyse and optimise occupational health and safety
  • Review and preparation of safety-relevant data and documents to ensure compliance

Qualification

  • Completed technical training, ideally with a master craftsman qualification or comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, successfully completed technical studies, at least at Bachelor's level
  • SIFA (safety specialist) qualification mandatory
  • Several years of practical experience in the field of occupational safety, familiarity with relevant regulations and processes
  • Experience in the aerospace sector an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
  • Confident use of Google Workspace or similar digital tools an advantage
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Valid work permit for the European Union
