Tasks

• Plan and coordinate highly complex category programmes with deep domain knowledge and experience
• Provide input and support to Chief Engineers in a senior role
• Experience in leading and developing teams and managing resources for multiple aerospace programmes
• Ensure on-time delivery through planning and coordination of all design activities
• Participation in MER / technical audits to ensure quality standards
• Develop tools, processes and methodologies to meet project deadlines
• Reporting and forecasting status and regularly updating KPIs
• Support ITCM, PDR and CDR and audit design deliverables and requirements

Qualification

• Degree in mechanical, aerospace or civil engineering
• Extensive experience in project management over the entire programme life cycle
• Very good knowledge of Catia and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
• Strong ability to plan and schedule design activities across multiple modules
• Work permit for the EU available
