Tasks

• Ensuring delivery reliability, quality, cost control and risk management at the manufacturer
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to assess supplier status and develop recommendations
• Coordination of quality compliant components, equipment, materials, services and scheduling
• Monitoring quantities, deadlines and prices, communicating with suppliers and internal customers and optimising inventories
• Developing department-specific regulations, presenting analyses and implementing improvements
• Determining procurement and logistics conditions and clarifying requirements
• Identifying, clarifying and resolving delivery and performance disruptions, including recovery measures
• Management of small projects, analysis of delivery performance based on key figures and implementation of optimisation measures

Qualification

• Degree in business administration, international management or supply chain/logistics
• Initial professional experience in supplier management and supply chain/logistics
• Sound IT skills, including in-depth application knowledge of MS Excel, sound knowledge of SAP, initial experience with PDMlink A350, primes and Taksy/Gesy/Tesy and confident handling of Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
• Work permit for the EU available
