Tasks

  • Coordination of logistics processes at the Bremen site as an interface between logistics, production and service providers to optimise operational processes
  • Providing expertise and support to the Supply & Demand teams, especially with regard to processes and tools to increase efficiency
  • Developing and implementing new logistics methods and process standards to continuously improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Analysing current situations and optimising existing concepts as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP) in order to optimise logistics processes in the long term
  • Eliminating logistical and systemic faults (e.g. in SAP PR3) to ensure smooth operations and minimise downtime
  • Further development of logistics performance indicators for the precise measurement and control of operational processes with the aim of increasing the overall performance of logistics

Qualification

  • Degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain/logistics or a comparable technician/professional qualification with many years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in project management is an advantage in order to manage complex logistics projects efficiently
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Office and in-depth user knowledge of SAP/R3
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
  • Existing work permit for the EU
