  • Planning and managing appointments and coordinating the diary
  • Organization, support and invoicing of meetings, conferences or visiting programs
  • Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
  • Time management,

Qualification

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or office communications clerk or comparable commercial training
  • Alternatively, completed studies in economics
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of secretarial / assistance and project management
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Confident handling of SAP
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Work permit for the EU
