In Hamburg, ARTS uses its expertise in aviation to assist Airbus Operations, the leading manufacturer of civil transport aircraft and freighters. The company is the largest division of the Airbus Group. Over the past 40 years, Airbus has sold over 10,000 aircraft: every 2.4 seconds an Airbus plane takes off or lands somewhere around the world. ARTS project teams are primarily in action in Airbus' final assembly line (FAL) in Hamburg. LATelec is a subsidiary of the French LATECOERE Group which primarily produces fuselage sections and aircraft doors for civil and military aircraft for a range of different manufacturers. LATelec itself specialises in the manufacture of aircraft wiring harnesses, avionics and satellite wiring. ARTS assists LATelec in Hamburg especially in the area of mechanics.

At our Hamburg site, ARTS assists STTS Germany GmbH with the painting of a broad range of aircraft. No matter whether it's a helicopter, Airbus A380 or a Lear jet - STTS is the specialist for painting and surface coating for all kinds of aircraft. Around 400 aircraft are processed at 50 sites and 14 painting hangars around the globe each year. To support STTS in Hamburg, we are primarily looking for experts in painting and surface coating.
