What is an HR Service?

Is HR Outsourcing delivered on-site or remotely?
Depending on your needs, we can generally provide all of our HR services either on-site or remotely. However, our experience has shown time and again that employee appraisals and dialogue with managers are most effective when carried out at the client's premises. All other HR issues can easily be addressed remotely. By using modern HR management systems we are able to offer streamlined and above all transparent processes to all our clients. Do you need a specific HRM system?
No, our colleagues are well versed in the use of various applicant management systems, digital personnel administration systems, etc. and can adapt to working with the client's system at short notice. Our HR experts have all the technical equipment they need for general HR activities. We can also assist with the selection and implementation of HR systems.
HR Outsourcing or another ARTS service? What do I really need?
With HR as a Service, we offer you a permanent contact person who can take on some of your HR challenges on an hourly basis at fixed times. This is particularly useful for small and medium sized businesses or as an interim solution during peak periods. If you want to outsource your HR administration completely, our HR Shared Service Centre is the ideal solution.
Do I have a designated contact person?
When our service packages are booked, our client companies are assigned a dedicated contact person with whom the times and exact organisation are agreed individually. This person is fully trained in the client's processes. There is also a stand-in arrangement so that you can still benefit from our services if your contact person is on holiday.
It goes without saying that we maintain a discreet, conscientious and responsible approach to our work and have a clear focus on supporting our clients efficiently, success-oriented and professionally-strong in HR management.
