Last Mile Optimizer GmbH, a leading logistics company with over 30 years of experience in last-mile distribution, was faced with the challenge of harmonising, optimising and standardising its HR structures and processes.

Requirements

At the beginning of the partnership, it was important to gain an overview of Last Mile Optimizer GmbH's existing HR structures and procedures. Our HR audit identified key strengths and potential for improvement in Last Mile Optimizer GmbH's HR work. In the further course of the project, our collaboration was intended to develop the HR department and provide long-term support to the internal HR officer and the management on project topics.

Solution

The collaboration is fully remote. Documents are mainly exchanged via shared repositories, supplemented by short operational and longer strategic video calls.
