Over 80% women in the company? Isn't that more coffee gossip and catfighting instead of agile working? Let's take a look at five factors that can make for unpretentious agility among women. Perhaps one or the other (m) can still learn something?
What will the audience learn from the presentation: Agile working is not only about tools or organizational structures, but also about mindset. This starts with the self-image of the individual and is expressed in particular in the way people interact with each other. Contrary to popular belief, work in a female-dominated company does not oscillate between coffee gossip and catfighting, but can be wonderfully determined and agile.
