HR Business Partner (m/f/x)

For our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Nordenham, we are looking for a committed HR Business Partner who is characterised by a high level of service and customer orientation. You communicate professionally with internal and external interfaces and have a high level of resilience, persuasiveness and assertiveness. With your independent, careful and conscientious way of working, you ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and independently. Tasks

  • Responsibility for operational HR issues, particularly in the areas of recruitment, contract design and remuneration
  • Development and implementation of targeted personnel development strategies to promote employee potential
  • Ensuring the implementation of legal, collective bargaining and labour law regulations in the area of human resources
  • Active involvement in the optimisation of existing HR projects and the introduction of new processes to increase efficiency
  • Responsibility for managing sub-projects, e.g. in the areas of health management and employee welfare
  • External representation of the company, e.g. to authorities, universities and other relevant institutions

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in psychology, business administration or economics
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR business partner, as well as sound knowledge of HR and recruiting
  • Very good expertise in MS Office with in-depth understanding of detailed functions; initial SAP user knowledge required
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
